This art portal SHIT is a good idea. The scouting thing however, I'm not so sure. Why not an "under judgment" thing like the Flash portal SHIT.
You could have put "This Art portal Da SHIT!!" to avoid misunderstandings.

And I do love the art portal. I think its a step in the right direction for Newgrounds. I think the staff and mods have systems in place to make sure it isn't abused or spammed or anything like that. I love the addition.
